Fall Clean-up day is 9-27-25

Fall Clean-up day is September 27, 2025 8:00 am through about 12:00 noon.

Hard to believe it’s time for Fall clean-up! Where did summer go?
We will be tending to the usual clean-up duties such as cleaning the kitchen and pavilion, knocking down cobwebs, cleaning the beach and front lot. Here is a list of additional projects:

  1. Add new boat numbers on all boats- Ed has new sticker/template
  2. Replace 2nd wooden bench
  3. organize rudders centerboards and paddles in sail barn and move unidentified ones to the container
  4. Build a rack in container for the above items
  5. patch upper step landing in the pavilion
  6. replace, plywood or patch any rotten boards in the pavilion deck
  7. replace any rotten downstairs deck boards
  8. Cut back bushes on canal side of the road for easier parking
  9. replace broken/rotten fence posts & rails- Bill will pick up materials.
  • If you cannot come on Saturday 9-27 but you are able to preform a club clean-up service prior to the Indian summer event starting Friday 10-3, please let me know so we mark that project “covered” and record your service toward your 2025 club service obligation.
  • Please bring any tools you feel will be useful such as rakes, shovels, power tools, wheelbarrow, specialty cleaning supplies etc.

The Club will provide lunch around 12:30 PM
