- Ground Crew: Need 2-4 people each day
- Friday folks: Need two to three people

- Saturday Dinner sides and desserts: Need people to prepare these
- Sunday Breakfast snacks and coffee setup: Jo Healey, Lorraine Bernstein, Need maybe 1 more person
- Saturday Dinner Chef: Bill Purcell
- Saturday Dinner prep, Saturday Dinner help: Jean Evers, Mark Williams, Rebecca Triplett, maybe one more person. Cleanup: Jean Evers, Tom Evers, Mark Williams, Rebecca Triplett.
- Facility Clean Up, Sunday: Need 2-3 people
Bringing food
- Lorraine Bernstein (will bring some breakfast items Saturday/Sunday)
