DESCRIPTION:Fall Clean up day will be Saturday September 14\, 2024 8:00am through about 12:00 noon.\nRain date is Saturday September 21\, same hours.\n\nIf it rains\, we will make a postponement decision by 9:00 am and post on facebook page and try to send out an email to everyone. Here is a partial list of projects we will be working on: \n\nrewire campsites\nclean beaches\ntrim hedges on Canal Cove side\nreplace any bad decking boards\ncheck cleats\nGeneral building clean-up with special attention to upstairs of pavilion\nConfirm marks and flags needed for Indian Summer\n\nPlease bring any tools or cleaning supplies that would he helpful for these projects if you have them. \nAdditional projects:*\nset and wire 2 storage containers that should be delivered to back lot Thursday\, 9-12-24.\nInstall new light fixture in race room\npaint ceiling and walls in kitchen and bathrooms.\n* David McLamb will provide necessary tools etc. for these projects. \nWe are planning to provide burgers and dogs for lunch… however the kitchen is expected to be out of commission all morning so meal may be sparse.
