Autumn Clean-up

Fall Clean up day will be Saturday September 14, 2024 8:00am through about 12:00 noon.
Rain date is Saturday September 21, same hours.
If it rains, we will make a postponement decision by 9:00 am and post on facebook page and try to send out an email to everyone. Here is a partial list of projects we will be working on:
- rewire campsites
- clean beaches
- trim hedges on Canal Cove side
- replace any bad decking boards
- check cleats
- General building clean-up with special attention to upstairs of pavilion
- Confirm marks and flags needed for Indian Summer
Please bring any tools or cleaning supplies that would he helpful for these projects if you have them.
Additional projects:*
set and wire 2 storage containers that should be delivered to back lot Thursday, 9-12-24.
Install new light fixture in race room
paint ceiling and walls in kitchen and bathrooms.
* David McLamb will provide necessary tools etc. for these projects.
We are planning to provide burgers and dogs for lunch… however the kitchen is expected to be out of commission all morning so meal may be sparse.
