Alligator Run 2026 Volunteers

Alligator Run is April 11 & 12. Volunteers are needed for this to become successful!

Alligator Run Regatta (April 11 & 12 – Saturday/Sunday)

Water volunteers lead: Philippe Laurent

  • PRO: Paul Leonard, Karol Pichon (all both days)
  • Race Committee Barge Support: Sean Keener, Cothran Harris (possible float to Safety or Mark), James Dodd (all both days)
  • Safety Boat (Rib) 1 Driver: Ed Allison (both days)
  • Safety Boat (Rib) 1 Support: John Clohessy (both days)
  • Mark Boat (McKee) 1 Driver: Rodney Allison (both days)
  • Mark Boat (McKee) 1 Support: Rodney Allison family (both days)

Shore volunteers lead: Dan Ryberg

  • Cashier/Registration: Need one or two people
  • Shirts, other merchandise: Need one person
  • Ground Crew lead: Need one person to create and lead their own team
  • Ground Crew help: Nettie Bonham, Tom Bonham
  • Meals Crew lead: Need one person
    This person leads a team (one person, two people, more people) of their choice for:
    – Saturday breakfast snacks and coffee
    – Saturday Dinner prep, Saturday Dinner help, Saturday Dinner Cleanup (optimally one lead cook, several cook’s helpers, and folks to help with setup and cleanup)
    – Sunday breakfast snacks and coffee
