Alligator Run 2026 Volunteers

Alligator Run is April 11 & 12. Volunteers are needed for this to become successful!

Alligator Run Regatta (April 11 & 12 – Saturday/Sunday)

Water volunteers lead: Philippe Laurent

  • PRO: Paul Leonard, Karol Pichon (all both days)
  • Race Committee Barge Support: Sean Keener, Cothran Harris (possible float to Safety or Mark), James Dodd (all both days)
  • Safety Boat (Rib) 1 Driver: Ed Allison (both days)
  • Safety Boat (Rib) 1 Support: John Clohessy (both days)
  • Mark Boat (McKee) 1 Driver: Rodney Allison (both days)
  • Mark Boat (McKee) 1 Support: Rodney Allison family (both days)

Shore volunteers lead: Dan Ryberg

  • Cashier/Registration: Mark and Mary McKay
  • Shirts, other merchandise: Need one person
  • Ground Crew: Bob Russell, David Davenport, Robin, Franzel, Tom Bonham
  • Friday folks: Dan Ryberg, Need at least two more people
  • Meals Crew lead: Bill Purcell
    This person leads a team (one person, two people, more people) of their choice for:
    – Saturday breakfast snacks and coffee: Tammy Baker
    – Saturday Dinner prep, Saturday Dinner help: Bill Purcell, Laura Bernstein, Nettie Bonham, Jo Healey, Bob Russell, Braeden Summerour. Cleanup: Dan Ryberg, Bruce Koch
    – Sunday breakfast snacks and coffee setup: Beth Cribbs, Tammy Baker
  • Facility Clean Up: Dan Ryberg, Rodney Allison, Ed Allison
